Blogging BEAUTY SECRETS.

Notice how the cereal isle displays cereals  that say 'light' or 'diet', some even 'fat free'. These cereals say stuff like 28% less calories guaranteed! or results seen in less than two weeks! 
The truth is, cereals would have to be one of those many things that crash our diet.

As we all know, cereals contain loads of sugar, though maybe many out there dont know that cheerios cereal contains more calories and twice the sugar as haagen-dazs vanilla ice cream! (might as well be bingeing on ice cream instead of an 'apparently healthy' cereal.)

- Eating one tomatoe a day can boost your collagen levels, giving you a 3rd protection against the sun ( acting as a layer of suncreen ). More good news! The more tomatoes you eat, the easier you can beat of those wrinkles and signs of ageing. 
- Shredded wheat cereals are so much healthier for you!!
- Facial exercises do nothing to prevent your skin from sagging, with all the faces that you make, they might even cause you wrinkles.
